Designed a market entry strategy for a German-American-Moroccan consortium, including high-level engagement with ministers of Hydraulics, Energy, and Industry.
Onsite Expansion – Renewable Fuels (Morocco)
Oversaw the launch of a Moroccan subsidiary for a French firm developing 3 GW of renewables and 600 kta of e-fuels for maritime and aviation decarbonization.
